Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Handle inbound calls from clients including national accounts, contractors, and executive-level contacts placing concrete orders.Accurately gather order details such as delivery location, time, quantity, and mix specifications.Enter customer orders into the system with a high level of accuracy.Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and plant personnel to ensure timely fulfillment.Provide solutions to customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, service areas, and delivery logistics.Customer Service Dispatch Qualifications:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.Comfortable navigating computer systems and data entry.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge (concrete, construction materials).Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive team culture.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
