Customer Service Director

If you are an customer-focused skilled leader, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Emerson is seeking a Customer Care Director at our Boulder, CO location. As the Customer Care Director for Flow Measurement, you will ensure world class customer support and sales generation for Measurement Solutions by effectively leading the Domestic Inside Sales team. This role combines leadership skills and technical knowledge to support the growth of our Measurement Solutions business.

We are looking for candidates who possess below critical skills in order to be successful in this role:

Sales Leadership and Performance Management You demonstrate ability to lead, coach and motivate inside sales teams (Boulder and Costa Rica) to achieve and exceed sales goals You will be promoting effective selling behaviors and a high performance sales culture Strategic Program Execution You are experienced in launching and managing sales programs by partnering with America sales and Marketing You are capable of driving consistency across multiple sales regions and focusing efforts on new product adoption and profitable growth Customer-Centric Mindset You have strong ability to ensure timely, accurate, and solution-oriented responses to customer requests. You are adept at structuring workload and team priorities to balance customer needs with business objectives. Process Development & Optimization You are skilled in designing and implementing efficient customer support processes that enhance responsiveness and satisfaction. You have the ability to evaluate and improve sales operations for greater effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration You have proven success in partnering with engineering, marketing, and customer care teams to resolve customer issues and gather meaningful feedback. You effectively communicate who can bridge gaps between departments to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree required Eight (8) years related experience required Prior management and supervisory experience required Ability to lead, influence and communicate effectively in a heavily matrixed organization Legal authorization to work in the United States

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $120,800-$140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.​
