Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and agile Customer Service Coordinator to join our Turkey Supply Chain team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the order-to-cash cycle with operational excellence, ensuring that our customers receive timely, accurate, and high-quality service.

In addition to managing day-to-day order operations, we are also seeking someone eager to grow into strategic supply chain initiatives, participate in improvement projects, and contribute to our journey toward a more integrated and agile end-to-end supply chain.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional FMCG environment—always in line with Mars Five Principles: Quality,

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain or Business degree preferred

2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain (preferably FMCG)

Solid knowledge of order-to-cash operations

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Agile mindset and a desire to learn beyond daily tasks

Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken)

Strong team spirit

What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead and execute the end-to-end order management process, including order entry, customer confirmation, delivery coordination, and issue resolution

Serve as the primary contact for customers; provide timely and solution-oriented support

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning) to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Monitor stock availability and communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery timelines

Maintain and improve KPIs related to service level, order accuracy, and on-time delivery

Support or participate in improvement projects related to customer experience, efficiency, and digitalization—on top of operational responsibilities

Ensure all activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements
