Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handle customer queries via email, orders and phone calls Use both customer-owned and DHL systems accurately Follow up on emails, queries, orders, and deliveries Provide support to warehouses and customers Investigate problematic cases, shipments, requests, and other issues related to daily operations Communicate with central, local, and satellite warehouses; escalate issues to the appropriate level/person/IT via email, phone, Skype, or other commonly used channels Review and resolve issues escalated by customers or other DHL departments Provide on-the-job training to colleagues
Requirements:
Fluency in English 1–1.5 years of experience in customer service or international logistics Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel High level of customer focus Strong communication and teamwork skills Strong planning and organizing skills Adaptability and rule-following mindset
