As a Customer Service Coordinator you will have the opportunity to provide support and direction for the Triad Process, while providing support to the Branch One Mission and Vision. It is the responsibility of the Quality Systems Technician to identify and stop further processing of non-conformances related to products, processes, or the quality systems. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner. The team you will be working with is communicative, supportive, and values being open and supportive of each other. So, what will you be doing as a(n) Customer Service Coordinator? PRIMARY DUTIES: + Communicate with customers in a timely manner via email regarding orders, pricing, delivery information, and quality concerns. + Input orders, calculate footage, and prepare work orders. + Arrange transportation. + Review billing for accuracy. + Take action to prevent non-conformities related to the product produced, services provided or the ISO 9001:2015 Management System. + Make suggestions for improvement and verify the implementation of solutions. + Know the location of and understand control plans, work instructions and specifications. SECONDARY DUTIES: + Monitor inventories, allocation of goods, transportation needs, loading procedures, trailer substitutions, and consolidation of orders. + Enters orders in computer/coding. + Obtain credit approvals and figure COD amounts. + Follow up with customer on back orders/problems. + Follow up/inquiries with Master Scheduler. + Ensure Customers are aware of Branch One shipping schedules. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Good computer skills and the ability to work with numbers. + At least one year of previous customer service experience. + Ability to exemplify a cooperative attitude necessary to work with all department and management teams.
