At Mars Food & Nutrition Australia, home to beloved brands like MASTERFOODS and DOLMIO, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Wyong, NSW (Central Coast).

Why You’ll Love This Role:

You will be the daily point of contact for customer orders, returns, and claims processing. Your mission? To deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced consumer goods environment!

What You’ll Do:

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers by understanding their unique needs. Proactively address customer and system issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.

Efficient Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders while keeping a keen focus on Customer Service Levels (CSLs) and lead-time requirements. Collaborate with our warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries.

System Monitoring: Keep an eye on all operating systems and applications, swiftly resolving any errors to ensure smooth processing.

Insightful Reporting: Monitor ZSORD orders twice daily to manage any that haven’t been allocated for delivery. Use your reporting skills to maintain our high service delivery standards.

Manage Claims and Returns: Handle all necessary documentation for stock returns, disposals, or donations in collaboration with Logistics. Ensure timely processing of stock returns and work with various teams to resolve claims efficiently, keeping them under 30 days at period end.

What We’re Looking For:

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not a deal-breaker. Passion and a positive attitude matter most!

ERP Familiarity: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a bonus.

Effective Communication Skills: You should be able to engage and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page.
