The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Customer Service Coordinator role will make an impact:

Manage the customer order process in Norway from order placement to invoicing while maintaining a high service focus.

Manage the contact with regional- and local 3PL warehouse as well as our freight forwarder

Issue correct documents to be able to ship and import goods into Norway

Service our customers by replying to incoming questions regarding product availability from customers (Pharmacies, Doctors, patients, Health Institutions) both on telephone and email.

Administrative tasks like answering incoming calls and emails.

Ensure Transporter have all correct documentation for Truck to leave for Norway, e.g. Invoices for custom purposes.

Responsible for incoming questions regarding product availability from customers (Pharmacies, Doctors, patients, Health Institutions) both on telephone and email.

Manual input of orders in the ERP system (SAP)

Create Invoices and send to the customers.

Investigate and resolve invoice issues such as incorrect/damaged goods or incorrect pricing

Communicate supply constraints/Out of Stock situation with customers

Orders of samples

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

A relevant educational background. (Minimum bachelor's level)

2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical or Med Tech industries.

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong sense of ownership, initiative, reliability, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

Ability to speak and write in English and Norwegian fluently.

Experience in SAP and Excel.
