Our Oxford site are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join on 15 month fixed term contract basis. The role is fully site based and will require someone with a background in Customer Service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This section contains the primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

Meeting Customer RequirementsCustomer liaison. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customersRespond to email enquiries for service and productsOrder ReceiptProcessing of orders received via multiple systemsPrioritisation of different order typesAction daily backorder reportOrder EntryAccurate data entry of ordersAccurate data entry in multiple systemsAssist in the set up and maintenance of new codesHolds/Amendments/ CancellationsUpdating and processing orders in line with customer requirementsAllocation of off hold order to correct locationWorkload planningWorking with Planning and Production Teams to meet customer order delivery deadlinesStockLiaising with Production and Warehouse teams over stock availabilityReportsCompletion of relevant reportsTransport/DispatchScheduling of transportCompletion of daily transport sheetBooking transport with couriersProcessing transport chargesInvoicingInvoicing customer orders- investigate invoice disputes/raise creditsQualityFiling and archiving of quality records and batch paperworkProduct Complaints logged and reported to Quality ManagerAdherence to Customer SLA’s / failures reported to Customer Services Manager.Logging and investigation of Service ComplaintsAdhere strictly to GDPR policy/Peripheral clinics (site specific)Liaise with Customer to manage and process peripheral clinic ordersChecking of orders against clinic lists
