Temporary position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond ShiftSeasonal position running through January 2026 - Earn holiday cash now!Training: 4–6 weeks, Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMPost-Training Schedule is 2nd shift with one day on weekendTues–Fri: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM + Sat: 9:00 AM–6:00 PMSun: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM + Mon–Thurs: 12:00 PM–9:00 PMAssist customers via phone, chat, and emailEnter and update customer ordersProvide status updates, process returns, and resolve issuesDeliver outstanding service with a smile—even through text!Uphold brand standards for customer satisfactionCustomer Service/Call Center - Seasonal Qualifications:
Must have minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experienceMust have High School Diploma/GEDMust be proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Must have typing speed of 46-50 WPM (adjusted) - testing requiredMust be available for a Zoom interviewApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
