Job DescriptionAnswer incoming phone callsFollow up customer calls where necessaryRespond to customer’s email inquiries in a timely mannerProcess orders, forms, warranty and claimsProvide product and service information to customersManage and update customer databasesData processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master DataResearch required information using available resourcesManage and resolve customer complaintsTaking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.Qualifications1 year of back office plus customer service experienceExcellent in speaking and writing (English)Attention to details and accuracyGood interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environmentTeam PlayerAmenable to work in a morning shift (Australian/New Zealand timezone)Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedbackClient orientedBasic knowledge in SAP systemPrevious experience with Australian customer service account is an advantagePreferably with Customer Service experience that handles appliances (e.g. Hotwater heating, air conditioning etc.)Basic to advance M365 application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Amenable to work onsiteAdditional InformationKindly attach your resume in your application.
