Customer Service Associate (m/f/d)
The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dublin!  You will be the driving force behind delivering excellent customer service and internal account management to our key customers.

This is a full-time, permanent and hybrid position based at our Dublin site, currently requiring 2 days per week in the office. The role involves a 37.5-hour work week, with one hour lunch break. You will receive a training during your probation period.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts: 08:00–16:30 or 08:30–17:00.

What we're looking for:

Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)Experience in Customer Service/Sales role, displaying excellent customer focusPrior experience within the Life Sciences industry a distinct advantage (but not essential)ERP/CRM experience is preferred, with SAP expertise considered an advantageThe desire to provide consistently high levels of customer service, feeling comfortable with autonomously handling complex queries and questionsDemonstrable experience building strong relationships with key customer contacts & key internal stakeholdersExcellent time management & telephone etiquette capabilitiesHighly professional written and verbal communication skillsProactive and team player, comfortable with a fast paced and dynamic working environment

How you'll thrive and make an impact:

Processing orders, managing deliveries (including creating, viewing, displaying and listing sales orders, order confirmations) for various customersResponsible for internal account management for our key customers Offer one-time resolution on queries to customersEnsure customers receive all necessary regulatory certificationAdvising customers of delivery dates and status of ordersCapable of resolving complex customer issues such as pricing and margin blocksEffectively handles customer complaints and reaches timely resolutionWorks alongside finance in resolving invoice queries for customersCo-ordinate with Finance re pricing, account set up and chargesUpdating and validating all relevant customer information on our CRMMonitors open orders, blanket order, forecasts and virtual stock for customers
