Job Description

Support - Inbound

Advise Bosch travelers on travel pre-trip, on-trip and post-trip related questionsConsults travelers on valid legal and central directive instructions, as well as optimal travel tool usageSupports travelers in case of tool and handling errors for the cloud-based travel solution and mobile application Provide hands-on and ad-hoc help/solutions to ensure a smooth business trip for Bosch travelersEnsures standard processes accomplishmentProvide continuously improvement ideas

QualificationsAt least 1 year experience in customer service environmentCustomer orientation and very good communication skillsTechnology orientationGood attention to detailsGood knowledge on MS office programs and great interest in IT applicationsSAP knowledge and experience with cloud solutions is a plusGood English communication skillsAmenable to work onsite and can start immediately
