Customer Service Associate
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will provide assistance across different service areas, process transactions, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from private and corporate customers, partners, and providers. + Carry out service operations related to customer inquiries, claims, and support processes. + Make outbound calls when necessary to provide updates and ensure follow-ups. + Accurately process and manage requests in the workflow management system. + Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. + Support emergency situations by providing timely assistance. + Identify and suggest improvements to processes and customer service delivery. Requirements: Technical Skills: + High school diploma, university coursework, or degree. + Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred). + Experience in customer service (preferred). Soft Skills: + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team. + Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities. + Comfort with technology and ability to multitask efficiently. + Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. + Fluency in Portuguese. + Knowledge of English (preferred). + Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
