We are seeking a Non-Product Customer Service/Help Desk Associate to work within an organization to resolve issues ranging from supplier support, order statuses, roadblocks, etc. for indirect goods and services. This role focuses on providing customer service to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within the organization:
What You will Do:
Research and answer questions, problems, etc. Work with internal stakeholders to determine the correct response to questions, problems, etc. Documenting, tracking and monitoring problems to ensure a timely resolutionMaintaining a high level of customer service at all timesSupport general procurement and logistics tasks to improve order fulfillment efficiency.What You Will Bring:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in customer service field2-5 years of relevant experience.Familiarity with non-product (indirect goods and services) a plusFamiliarity with Ariba or comparable procurement software a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Good communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
Pay Range: $22.84/hour - $26.20/hour
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within United States.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
