Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Canada. This is a critical role that will serve as a primary point of contact for our valued clients in all North America , delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

This position requires availability for an 8 AM to 8 PM shift.

Responsibilities :

Efficiently resolve customer queries and provide accurate information regarding Iron Mountain's secure storage, information management, and logistics services.

Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions within CRM, ensuring up-to-date client records.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service disruptions, and other intricate issues with professionalism and empathy.

Identify and anticipate customer needs, offering proactive solutions and personalized recommendations

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center.

Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
