This role will be based in our West Hartford, CT office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent and timely customer service and support to our jewelry insurance clients. You will need to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 4 months of employment. The company will pay for your time and fees associated with obtaining the license.
We are open to candidates with prior customer service experience (any industry is fine) or recent college grads looking for an opportunity to start a career in the insurance industry!

There is potential for the role to become "Temp to Perm". Should the role become "Perm", we'd offer a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees including:
