Description
A rapidly growing biotech company in Oceanside, CA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support their client relations and order management team. You’ll be the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and technical documentation
+ Process orders and coordinate with logistics and lab teams to ensure timely fulfillment
+ Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
+ Assist with product returns, replacements, and customer feedback
+ Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to resolve complex issues
+ Provide a high level of service to researchers, labs, and institutional clients
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biology, or related field preferred
+ 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in biotech, pharma, or scientific supply
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
