Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to process elementary insurance tasks and be responsible for meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines. This position will be responsible for operating within the clients' systems and following established guidelines and procedures. This position will follow ReSource Pro's Information Security policies/guidelines.

This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.

In this role, you will be...Communicating with clients using clear, polite, and well-organized EnglishProviding a high-level of client service to a variety of US-based insurance clientsProactively troubleshooting and resolving potential issuesPromptly responding to client requests and quickly resolving problems as they ariseCollaborating with our global team of insurance experts in China, India, and the United StatesConducting assigned auditingCollecting and analyzing work production dataAssisting in effectively training other team members
What You Need to be Successful...Secondary education, four-year duration (vocational, artistic, secondary school)Computer Literacy and Typing SkillsEnglish proficiency - reading, writingMicrosoft Office Skills
