Customer Service Associate
Purpose: Collaborate with markets, customers, JTI SA, and related functions to support forecasting, planning, production, and selling of finished and semi-finished goods. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, minimize write-offs, and maintain strong working relationships by coordinating shipments and monitoring product developments.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management Experience: Minimum 2 years in client-facing roles within export environments or international trade. Strong analytical skills and business acumen required Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, SAP APO/IBP, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI). Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and FMCG manufacturing practices.
