Customer Service Associate

 

Purpose: Collaborate with markets, customers, JTI SA, and related functions to support forecasting, planning, production, and selling of finished and semi-finished goods. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, minimize write-offs, and maintain strong working relationships by coordinating shipments and monitoring product developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate export order planning and shipment optimization while maintaining accurate master data and processing orders in SAP. Ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods and manage shipment-related documentation. Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to meet market demands, avoid stockouts, and address issues like tax changes, promotions, and regulatory updates. Recommend solutions to challenges impacting business performance. Ensure JSOX compliance by processing invoices, supporting audits, and collaborating with Finance on accounts reconciliation and month-end activities. Manage government-mandated reporting. Oversee sales contracts and shipping documentation, ensure proper tax stamp availability, and coordinate processes with factory departments to comply with market legislation. Support additional projects as required. Adhere to and promote health and safety guidelines, participate in safety training, report incidents, and maintain safe workplace practices

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management Experience: Minimum 2 years in client-facing roles within export environments or international trade. Strong analytical skills and business acumen required Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, SAP APO/IBP, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI). Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and FMCG manufacturing practices.
