Customer Service Assistant Manager

The Customer Service Assistant Manager role is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the patient enrollment team, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding of patients into healthcare programs. The role also includes oversight of supply ordering and inventory management to support operational efficiency. This role involves managing a team of 40 to 50 resources, including 3 supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of specialists in executing patient intake and enrollment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding for both new and existing patients.

Manage accurate records of supply orders.

Manage and lead a team of 40 to 50 resources, including 3 supervisors, to achieve departmental goals.

Utilize excellent analytical skills to monitor and improve the enrollment and supply chain processes.

Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance and process improvements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Maintain a positive and supportive team environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Enrollment Services as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager.

Comprehensive knowledge of onboarding/enrollment processes for both INR and VAD as well as VAD Supplies Shipping and Logistics.

Proven ability to manage a large team effectively.

Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.

Strong communication skills, with a positive and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the US healthcare insurance industry.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools for Supply Chain operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
