Position: Customer Service Assistant - Export Sales (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

\n\nEigenständiges Abwickeln von Exportaufträgen\nErstellen von Exportdokumenten (Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, uvm.)\nOrganisieren und Koordinieren von Transporten per Luft, See, LKW oder Kurier\nÜberwachen der Aufträge von Eingang über die Produktion bis zur Auslieferung\nBetreuung internationaler Kunden\nKorrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit Kunden und Dienstleistern\nAngebotserstellung, bei Bedarf Zusammenarbeit mit technischem Support oder Außendienst\nReklamationsbearbeitung\nEinhalten von Compliance-Richtlinien, z.B. Sanktionslistenscreening, End-User-Certificate etc.\n

Qualifikation

\n\nAbgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (idealerweise als Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder Industriekaufmann/-frau)\nErfahrungen in Exportabwicklung\nSicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und verfügen über ERP-Erfahrung\nVerhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse\nEigenständiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit und zielgerichtete, analytische Vorgehensweise zum Kunden\nFlexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit in turbulenten Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten\n
