DuPont Electronics & Industrial is looking for a Customer Service Assistant. The Customer Service Assistant will work with the Customer Service Teams to help the Customer Service Representatives deliver business results and provide a positive customer experience. We operate in a dynamic environment and a highly competitive marketplace.  The Customer Service Assistant must obtain a thorough working knowledge of the order to cash system and all applicable business policies and procedures  This position may work with, but not limited to, other customer service reps, warehouses, regional contacts and carriers, to perform the functions of the positions.  In addition, this position will focus on supporting the broader needs of the NA Customer Service.

Main responsibilities:

Execute multiple SAP transactions (i.e. returns, credits/debits, quality notifications, outputs, invoices).Upload documents to customer´s portals, DocuLinks,Build working relationships with the Customer Service Teams to help exceed customer expectationsBuild working relationships with the rest of the support areas, like credit, MDG, logistic.Act as an owner with the assigned tasks, proposing improvements if applicableCreate daily & weekly customer & business reports (i.e. open order report, GUPI, etc.)Must speak fluent English to enable strong communication with North America teamsUnderstand and support both internal and external audit requirements as it relates to customer service activitiesProvide timely responses for all control & audit requests, including month-end order to cash processesProvide highest quality of service by following best practices and adhering to policy and compliance standardResponsible for acting within assigned delegation of authority to perform SAP transactions (i.e. credits, returns, samples) while adhering to internal controls and SOX compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferredAbility to develop proficiency with operating technologies and systems:  SAP, Sales Force applications, and SharePoint.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.  Strong computer skills and literacy. Salesforce Service Cloud experience is a plus.Knowledge of the Sales to Cash (STC)/Requisition to Pay (RTP) process is preferred.Demonstrated flexibility/adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team in an inter-regional environmentPrevious customer service experience with emphasis on sales to cash is desirableFluent in English written and spoken.
