We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join us at our Wabash, Indiana location.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls, determining the nature of inquiries, and directing callers to the appropriate personnelProvide support for off-site call handling as neededGreet and assist visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and notify relevant staff of their arrivalLead account maintenance activities and collaborate on the processing and mailing of Seed Proposals with designated team membersAct as the ADP eTime Administrator when requiredServe as the Corteva TUA Lead and manage GPOS reporting responsibilities.Procurement & Vendor CoordinationAct as the primary contact for all vendor payable invoices and Wabash site purchase requisitionsAssist staff with sourcing and ordering office suppliesSupport planning and logistics for Wabash PAR Plot Days, including scheduling meals, portable restrooms, golf carts, and other event needsCoordinate shipping and receiving of packages via UPS/USPS, including supplies for District Sales Managers, Partner Programs, sign programs, and other office-related shipmentsServe as the focal point for reporting and coordinating maintenance and service calls for all office equipmentAct as the IT liaison for server, workstation, printer, and phone-related issuesVarious other duties as assignedEducation:
You have a high school diploma or equivalentWhat Skills You Need:
You possess a minimum of one (1) year related experienceYou have a valid US Driver’s LicenseYou can work independently as well as in a team environmentYou are comfortable with technology and possess good computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company specific applications as required You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customersYou have high attention to detail can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skillsYou are customer service orientated and comfortable interacting with both internal and external customers as a representative of CortevaYou uphold health and safety to the highest standard! You consistently help others and demonstrate adherence to safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure you and your colleagues go home safely every dayWhat Makes You Stand Out:
Two-Year Technical or Associates Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related fieldKnowledge or experience with ADPWork Authorization and Relocation:
