Customer Service Analyst (x|w|m) – On-site
For the Customer Support Center BPS, we are looking for a Customer Service Analyst (x|w|m) based in Göttingen or Aubagne, Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this role, you will manage the global order processing and planned revenue realization process. The job is available full-time and located on-site at the campus in Göttingen or at the Aubagne location. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities + You support the delivery reliability of customer orders and eliminate disruptive factors in the global network + Furthermore, you manage the global order processing and planned revenue realization process + You prepare data for our sales organization locations and track the results in collaboration with internal interface + You independently organize 'work sessions' with various locations and stakeholders to jointly develop and present solutions + You resolve escalations, assist in meeting deadlines, and define possible measures in case of disruptions in production within the order processing process + Additionally, you create reports on order stocks, delivery reliability, backlog, and other key figures + You monitor the performance of individual sales organizations and locations, provide proactive support in case of deviations, and collect recurring weaknesses to sustainably eliminate them through process improvements and harmonization What will convince us + You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable field.
