Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Analyst III to join our team at our El Cajon, CA location. This role is responsible for managing inside sales activities and supporting the broader sales function through customer communication, quotations, contract oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
Essential Responsibilities Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements, product specifications, and pricing guidelines.Contract Management: Process and manage contract changes, including amendments, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.Technical Support Coordination: Collaborate with the engineering team to provide customers with technical information, product specifications, and application support.Order & Delivery Management: Coordinate with production and logistics teams to provide customers with accurate delivery dates and order status updates.CRM & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
