The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for Interacts with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. May provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries . This position reports to the Latam Sales Operation Manager is part of the Operations Department located in Brazil and will be fully on site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Interacts with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. + Provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. + Interacts with sales, technical and logistics team. The essential requirements of the job include + Strong understanding Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office). + Language skills: fluent in Portuguese and Spanish / Intermediate English + Bachelor´s Degree in related areas. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + 2+ years of customer service. The Market Development Manager- Research Flow Cytometry is responsible for to develop and implement marketing plans as an integral part of the market development activities of Beckman Life science Business within specific product lines and customer market segments. To work in concert with the flow cytometry business unit and the Marketing Program Management to translate business unit strategy, product positioning into North America tactical business plans (sales and marketing). To gather market intelligence through direct customer contact and through the sales organization to support the global business unit with the development of future product line business strategy. This position reports to the Market Development Manager Americas and is part of the Flow Cytometry Marketing Department located in United States of America and will be fully remote.
