Customer Service Agent I - Shop 

 

The Customer Service Agent I - Shop I is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our Driveway “Shop” operations. This position assists customers looking to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles completely online and have them delivered to their home.  

 

The Customer Service Agent I - Shop reports to the Shop Supervisor. 

 

Responsibilities 

Customer Concierge: 

Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward 

Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email 

Single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction 

Presents financing terms 

Presents protection products (ex: Extended warranties) 

Collects down payment, Driver’s License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income 

Communicates paperwork and logistic timelines 

Maintain activity log 

Other duties as assigned

High School graduate or equivalent required
