Customer Service Agent I - Shop The Customer Service Agent I - Shop I is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to our Driveway “Shop” operations . This position a ssist s customers looking to purchase new and pre-owned vehicles completely online and have them delivered to their home. The Customer Service Agent I - Shop reports to the Shop Supervisor.
