**Job Description:**
We are UPS, the world's largest package delivery company and we are looking for **Customer Service Agents** to join our Customer Service department/ **Head Offices** at Koropi (on **site job** )
**Main responsibilities**
‣ Handle incoming calls for pick up, track and trace, service guarantees, service
information, export shipments exception and other enquiries in professional manner,
with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.
‣ Understand UPS service, product, systems and procedures
‣ Identify and record customer concern or issues
‣ Recommend solutions about service concerns to management
‣ Identify potential needs of customer and submit sales leads
‣ Work at the Customers Reception Desk (some days)
**Qualifications**
‣ Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus
‣ Computer skills (CRM systems) and ability to use office equipment are required
‣ Fluency in Greek and English is a must
‣ Be flexible and able to work under pressure
‣ Be Patient, with a Friendly approach and Can-do attitude
‣ Problem solving skills & able to follow procedures
