Customer Service Agent - Interviewing Now

We’re looking for friendly and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents.

What You’ll Do:

Communicate with drivers throughout the day to confirm vehicle and load information.Help coordinate logistics and keep all parties informed of updates.Follow established procedures and assist with resolving any issues that may arise.Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

Individuals who are organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.Strong communicators who enjoy helping others and working as part of a team.People who are open to learning new systems and tools and can adapt quickly.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or fast-paced retail/restaurant setting.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to multitask and follow standard procedures.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
