**Customer Service Agent I, Kallista**

**Location: ** Hybrid (one day per week onsite) – Kohler, WI
**Opportunity**
Under the direction of the Supervisor-Customer Service, this position is responsible for satisfying customer requirements from the initial call to design the stage to the customers overall satisfaction. Responsible for following, reporting and assisting with the daily administrative and operating procedures for the customer service department.
**Specific Responsibilities**
• Support all authorized Kallista Showrooms in timely and accurate order entry, order confirmations with estimated shipping dates and review of EDI orders.
• Support all customer contact with pre and post sales support through telephone, chat, email and respond in a manner set forth by Kallista management to retain a 4.9 service rating.
• When requested provide order status updates, shipping information and tracking of a shipment.
• Authorize return goods using the approved Kallista RGA procedure. Determine if a product is to be returned to the Kallista warehouse or field destroyed with proper management approval. • Ensure that the proper re-stocking fees are charged back to the customer.
• Enter commercial & hospitality job purchase orders that are in reference to the approved quote. Work with the warehouse to ship the product when the job site is ready to release the product.
• Proactively work with supply chain to confirm lead times and provide our top customers with open order reports.
• Provide support to the customer service department with data entry and minor reporting.
**Skills/Requirements**
• Two or or more years of customer service experience.
• Post secondary education preferred.
• Strong computer skills with outlook, MS office required.
• SAP, Salesforce a plus.
• Must possess a keen analytical mind.
• Must be strong on planning, detail and accuracy.
• Be a demonstrably creative thinker.
• Must possess substantial skills in written and oral communication with all levels of Management and with outside contacts.

_The hourly range for this position is $17.30 - $21.65. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
