Minimum requirements:
To be the first point of contact for our customer and support to internal departments, Contract Managers and Supervisors.
The advisor provides exceptional customer service and support while taking full ownership of enquiry resolution.
Interactions are received via various channels including telephone calls, e-mail, ticket system, chat and social media
Matric Excellent Telephone and Email Etiquette Previous Experience in a Customer service/ Account Internal Sales or Account Management role Providing Customer Enquiry Resolution Handle enquiries via phone and email, ensuring complete resolution. Actively listen, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. Follow up to confirm resolution and gather feedback. Consistent Use of Scripts & Processes Adhere to established scripts and procedures for consistency. Stay updated on company services to provide accurate information. Log new knowledge to enhance self-sufficiency and automation. Customer Service Excellence Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience in all interactions. Maximise sales opportunities where beneficial to the customer. Efficiently manage outbound interactions (e.g., bookings, documents). Providing Accurate Price Quotes Qualify customer needs and provide precise quotes quickly. Work with internal teams for accurate pricing and details. Clearly communicate quotes and follow up to drive conversions. Accurate Documentation & Reporting Log all interactions and updates in the Zoho CRM system. Ensure records are complete and accessible. Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
