Capita Ireland are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from your home and also our office in Little Island.
You’ll join a small, friendly and dedicated team to support our clients customers with general enquiries and ensure a positive impression and proactive service is provided at all times.
During your 8 week training & grad bay period, you will work full time in our Little Island office therefore it is key that you are able to commute easily to our office. After training and grad bay, you will work hybrid in the office 2 days per week and the remainder at home.
You'll work across Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am to 8pm, 40 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:
Handle a high number of customer queries via telephone, up to 60 calls per day.Answer all queries in a positive manner, ensuring you give a positive image and great first impression to all contactsEnsure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent mannerBuild sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients through open and interactive communicationUse multiple systems to navigate each customer account & accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected processWhat we’re looking for:
Previous experience working in similar environmentBeing highly methodical with a thorough attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callersHaving excellent organisational skillsHaving the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’sDemonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectivelyShowing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skillsBringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the futureWhat’s in it for you?
