We’re introducing a dedicated, friendly, and helpful telephone support team to assist colleagues and line managers with a variety of queries. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that will evolve as we develop our systems.

What to Expect
Phone Line Focused: The role will start with telephone-based support and will grow to include chat and helpdesk support as our systems develop. Working Hours: You’ll work shifts between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, for a total of 37.5 hours per week. Location: Based in our Bradford, West Yorkshire offices, 5 days per week. Previous experience in a customer focussed role. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, helpful guidance. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Good attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools.
