✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nTo support and provide solutions to customers with queries, complaints and orders\nProviding outstanding service to customers via telephone, online chat and email and other activities that are needed to deliver a great customer experience.\nUnderstanding each customer's needs and wants, allowing you to tailor the service specifically for them.\nTaking ownership of allocated customer issues, resolving appropriately and following up to maintain customer confidence and encourage repeat business.\nAdvising customers on care and maintenance of their products, creating opportunities for add on sales where appropriate.\nWill be required to complete warehouse tasks also, handling and checking of stock etc\n\n

\n\nExperience of dealing with customers online, phone and email\nGood communication skills\nGood computer/IT skills\nFlexible and happy to work both in office/warehouse\nAble to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail within day to day duties\n\n
