Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide.** Pay Range: $18.40 - $25.30 Interpersonal Skills + Timely and appropriate communication to the customer but with some supervision + Often provides feedback to the info provider when seeking assistance (closing the loop) + Minimum required content provided in communications + Willingness to ask for help in a timely fashion + Ability to effectively work and problem solve with peers while training + Clear and concise communication in multiple channels. Analytical/ Problem Solving Skills + Basic problem-solving skills for order entry and management + Can independently find order information from documentation and systems + Ability to troubleshoot routine issues independently Role Model Leadership + Ability to recognize personal learning opportunities and seek help + Works well within functional group + Able to identify where there is a problem and promote a case or order for escalation Essential Technical and Business Skills + Understands and performs essential tasks with supervision + Ability to consistently follow and complete documented procedures + Active compliance with all levels of necessary training + Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. + Competent typing/word processing skills. + Accurate data entry from customer orders.
