What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound/outbound calls and emails in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You’ll provide support, guidance, and solutions, ensuring that every customer receives a positive and efficient experience.
Deliver outstanding customer service by handling a variety of inbound queries. Listen actively to customers and identify their needs. Provide clear and effective solutions, ensuring first-time resolution where possible. Work as part of a supportive team, collaborating to achieve success. Use computer systems efficiently to log customer interactions and update information accurately. Manage multiple conversations confidently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
