This role is based in the Holmes Chapel office in Crewe, please check that you can commute to in advance of application.
We’re currently looking for multiple enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors who are focused on customer service, administration and taking inbound & outbound calls. The role will deal with a wide range of customer issues.
Cactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who are offering you the following:
Salary - £26k
Must have at least 12 months Contact centre experience
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer enquiries by telephone or electronically via internal Contact Centre Solution and CRM systemsManage all direct customer Interactions Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific direct customer enquiriesSupport customers with order status updates and delivery tracking queriesEffectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, returns and log all details of actions taken within CRM system to support case managementManage customer complaints and escalate it to the right stakeholders to support resolutionsProvide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and areas of improvement
Key Skills Required:
Previous experience within a Customer Service position is essentialKnowledge of CRM systemsA self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to workOutstanding verbal communication skills Professional and empathetic approach to resolving issuesDecent I.T skillsExcellent time management
