We're recruiting Fraud Analysts on behalf of a major UK banking group committed to protecting customers from financial crime. This is your opportunity to join a dedicated team in Southend-on-Sea and make a real impact every day.
The Role:
As a Fraud Analyst, you'll be the first line of defence, identifying suspicious activity, investigating fraud cases, and safeguarding genuine customers. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:Detect fraud through high-risk identification strategiesInvestigate and escalate cases efficientlyContribute to improving customer service and fraud-prevention processesAssignment Details:
Pay: £14.29/hour (with shift allowances up to £17.47/hour)
Start Date: 28th July 2025
Contract: 12-month temporary assignment (potential to extend or become permanent)
Location: Thanet Grange, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 0EJ
Hours: 35 hours/week across 5 days (between Monday and Sunday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, including some bank holidays)
Training & Development:8 weeks of comprehensive, classroom-based trainingTransition to a supported academy environment with live call experienceHybrid working available after achieving key performance benchmarks (minimum 6 in-office days/month)
What We're Looking For:Previous experience in customer service or telephone-based rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working in a high-pressure, fast-paced settingStrong attention to detail and IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, multi-system use)A team-oriented, problem-solving mindset
