Pertemps are currently working with our public sector client to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis in the Captains Road area of Edinburgh.


Location - Captains Road area of Edinburgh
Duration - Temporary, ongoing
Hours - Monday - Thursday 0830 - 1615 and Friday 0830 - 1600
Pay rate - £13.48 per hour
Immediate start


The successful candidates will be:
Meeting customers upon their arrival at the centreAnswering queries from customersGuiding customers to the relevant area of the buildingChecking customers documentationScanning, photocopying and filingTaking paymentsAny other duties as required
You should have a proven track record in customer service in a face to face environment and be enthusiastic in your approach.
