Job Description
The Customer Service Team is seeking a Customer Service Advisor – a customer focussed multi-tasker who has excellent organisation, administration, and communication skills.
This is a temporary, hybrid role based at Linx House reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
A secondment would be considered for a development opportunity.
Your challenge
The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our global Channel Partners.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
Process customer orders accurately, and confirm delivery dates
Plan orders following production lead times and customer consolidation requests
Liaise with the planning team for any urgent requests
Follow up with the logistics team on any shipment delays or queries
Keep customers updated on the status of their orders
Respond to customer enquiries, collaborating with our Logistics and Operations Teams when needed, including Third-Party Supplier Teams
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience in a Customer Service, Supply Chain or an Administration role
Customer focused, can work individually and deliver as part of a team
Numerate and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to manage interactions with internal and external global stakeholders
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar portal will be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
