TEKsystems is actively seeking a customer service administrator role in Gloucester County, NJ. This position will be supporting branch office administration responsibilities and customer interaction for sales. Applicants with strong customer support and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
Description
Support coordination of services for branch office and be the first point of contact for customers in-person and over the phone. Act as a liaison to all departments and provide exceptional customer service and support for sales orders.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Answer calls and inquires related to services and products
+ Greet guests into the branch, support leaders for on-site meetings, and support field sales team
+ Support email and voicemail shared inbox
+ Responsible for ordering office supplies
+ Support customers with quoting services and products and processing sales orders
+ Ability to articulate products to ensure we are meeting customer expectations and needs
+ Assists with customer inquiries regarding problems with invoices and orders.
+ Support delivery schedules, service repairs and shipment verifications
+ Follow up with customer regarding any outstanding needs
Qualifications
+ Strong administrative skills
+ Customer service oriented
+ Strong communication and organization skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
+ ERP experience, preferably Microsoft dynamics is a plus
+ Microsoft office skills
+ Sales support, billing/invoicing experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
