Customer Service Administrator - Yate, Bristol - Immediate opportunity available
£24,000-£28,000 + Uncapped Commission | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | On-Site
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business. The Bristol branch is now looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join their friendly and hard-working team in a varied operations, Administration and Sales Support role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and is eager to build a career in logistics, operations, or sales. You'll be fully trained across all aspects of the business, giving you a solid foundation in operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Handling customer calls and booking enquiriesLiaising with drivers to arrange routes and collectionsCompleting and processing delivery paperwork accuratelySupporting the sales team with admin, follow-ups, and customer queriesMaking outbound calls to generate new business (uncapped commission offered)Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsOccasionally covering local delivery routes in a van (holiday/sickness cover)
What We're Looking For:A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnStrong communication and customer service skillsGood organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence using IT systems (training provided)A full UK driving licence is highly desirable
