We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Ellerslie, Auckland.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in customer service or supply chain rolesStrong attention to detail with a professional and solution-focused mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to juggle tasks and resolve issues with confidence and care

What you’ll be doing:

Respond to enquiries and complaints via phone and email, ensuring a positive and timely resolutionProcess customer claims accurately and within agreed timelinesCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, AR/AP, logistics) and external partners (freight, warehousing) to resolve issuesSupport promotional and pricing claim resolutionsMaintain strong knowledge of systems and processes to work efficientlyBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through responsive serviceProvide back-up support to Customer Replenishment Planners (with potential site training)Contribute to a safe, compliant, and high-quality work environmentAttend meetings and generate periodic reporting when required
