KONE is looking for a Customer Service Admin to provide essential administrative support for our sales and maintenance teams. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations in areas such as maintenance, sales support, public tender preparation, third-party inspection, and customer reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support for sales, maintenance, and field teamsAssist with contract management, customer communications, and maintenance planningSupport public tender creation and documentation managementHandle customer queries and follow-up with the team to ensure timely resolutionsEnsure all tasks are completed within set SLA and quality standardsRequirements:
