Implement Lean CS OSImplement work instructions and EOS proceduresTraining & CertificationOrganize Trainings for CS representatives following the defined training processMonitor training execution in the Aptiv Academy and escalate any delays, and provide support to work out the recovery of trainingImplement new CS or cross-functional IT toolsPropose improvements to IT tools and existing processesEnsure the system is set up in line with EOSSAP ERP parametersTargets definition inside the toolsMonitor Effectiveness Metrics and follow up on correcting the identified GAPsEntrenamientos requeridos
