Description Description of the Role An established organization is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to clients and customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to better serve a diverse customer base.
