Description Job Summary: The Customer Service Agent is responsible for handling incoming inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support to ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. + Resolve customer issues, complaints, or product/service concerns with empathy and efficiency. + Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. + Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, shipping, technical support) to resolve customer issues. + Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures. + Identify and report recurring issues or trends to management.
