Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:30am to 05:00pm)
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, etc., providing accurate product, pricing, and availability information
Enter and manage orders from various channels (email, EDI, phone, etc.)
Follow up on incomplete or problematic orders to ensure resolution
Assist customers with navigating the company website
Process returns and credits according to brand guidelines
Provide non-technical support and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities
Log customer feedback in SAP
Stay up to date on company products and procedures through training
Maintain consistent performance and follow safety protocols
Customer Service Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Professional and adaptable with strong computer and typing skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of customer care experience, ideally in a product support call center
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business-related field, experience with SAP and ACD systems
Office-based/call center environment with regular computer use
